PORT OF VANCOUVER - BLOCK 2

Block 2 is a mixed-use, multi-family residential apartment building that is part of the Port of Vancouver’s masterplan to develop the property along the Columbia River. This project connects to the beautiful waterfront path, featuring a landscaped corridor and amphitheater steps overlooking the water. The twelve story building features 240,000 sf of apartments, 12,000 sf retail and a parking garage. The unit types include junior 1-bedrooms, 1 bedrooms, 2-bedrooms, and penthouse 2-bedroom options. The apartment complex features many amenity spaces, including an outdoor infinity pool, indoor fitness & spa, courtyard pavilion with BBQ and seating.

Role

Involved from Schematic Design through Design Development. The project currently remains on hold in Design Development phase. Produced design drawings with a focus on exterior facade, amenity areas, coordinated with engineering consultants and West of West design architect to implement design intent.
