My name is Kelly and I graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 2020. While at UO, I had the opportunity to learn under some of the nation's leading sustainability experts. I began to see the built environment through an environmental lens and established a passion for all things sustainability. I chose to minor in Interior Architecture and Business Administration to get a more holistic picture of the profession. During school, I interned in both the Seattle and Portland DLR Group offices before joining full time.

I believe design is all about serving people and the community. Architecture should also integrate sustainable solutions in every aspect of the design, and work to build healthier environments for our future. I am inspired by public architecture and enjoy working on a variety of education, justice + civic, and workplace projects.

Although I consider Portland, Oregon home, I also spent the first eight years of my life living in Japan with my family. This ingrained in me a larger perspective of the world, and a deep love of traveling. During college, I studied and lived abroad in Italy had the chance to travel around Europe. In my free time I enjoy trying new foods, going to concerts, and hiking/staying active.
